What exactly happens in the Career Clarity session?
It's a focused 45-60 min 1:1 with a Senior PM. You walk through your background, target roles, and current prep state. They assess your readiness honestly, identify your biggest gaps, and give you a clear 30-60 day plan.
What is this session about?
The session is fully about you. The mentor comes prepared to listen, assess, and advise, not to pitch. Some people leave with a clear path to job applications without needing a paid plan. The goal is genuine clarity, not a sale.
Who conducts the session?
A Senior PM from our mentor network, the same people who run Mentored Track sessions. Not a sales rep or a junior coach. If you are a Senior PM and want to mentor, share your interest here.
What do I get after the session?
A written summary of your gap analysis, a recommended 30-60 day action plan, and a clear recommendation on whether Self-Study, Mentored, or neither is the right next step for you.
What if I want to continue after the session?
Sure. If you'd like to go deeper, you can opt for the Self-Study Track or Mentored Track and we'll share the next steps from there.
