Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using PM Interview Prep Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
Service Description
PM Interview Prep Club provides:
- Free Features: Access to practice challenges, community discussions, and basic progress tracking.
- Premium Features: A subscription-based model (monthly and annual) with three-tier pricing options, along with options to purchase extra credits. (Additional details will be updated as premium features are finalized.)
User Accounts and Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information during sign-up and maintain the security of your account.
Community Guidelines:

- Be respectful and professional; engage in constructive discussions.
- Stay on topic—focus on PM interviews, case questions, and career advice.
- Share useful resources, insights, and experiences.
- Engage thoughtfully and organize discussions using threads where available.
- Report concerns privately to admins.
❌ Don’ts:
- No spam or self-promotion without permission.
- No hate speech or offensive content.
- No copyright violations or sharing of pirated content.
- No unwanted direct messages.
- No off-topic debates (e.g., politics or unrelated subjects).
Account Suspension: Abusive behavior, violation of these guidelines, or any suspected malicious activity may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, regardless of whether it is a free or paid account. Accounts may also be temporarily suspended during the investigation of a refund request or if there is any suspected malicious intent or activity that compromises the integrity or security of the platform.
Fraudulent Use and Abuse Policy
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we suspect is engaged in abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent behavior, including misrepresentation of identity or credentials, manipulation of platform features, or attempts to extort services or refunds through unsubstantiated complaints.
Dispute Resolution & Malicious Complaints Clause
In the event of any user-initiated dispute, we may temporarily suspend your access to both the community and platform to assess the claim. If we determine that a complaint was raised in bad faith or with intent to defame, coerce, or exploit, your access may be permanently revoked and your refund request rejected.
Platform Integrity Clause
Any user actions that, in our sole discretion, jeopardize the integrity, availability, or performance of the PM Interview Prep Club ecosystem—including automated scraping, manipulation of metrics, impersonation, or false feedback—will result in immediate termination of service and potential legal action.
Chargeback Abuse Policy
Users who initiate chargebacks without first attempting to resolve the issue through our official refund process will be blacklisted from future access and reported to relevant payment processors for abuse.
Access Revocation for Legal or Risk-Based Reasons
We reserve the right to revoke access or terminate accounts immediately and without notice in cases where continued access poses a legal, operational, or reputational risk to our platform, including but not limited to abusive user behavior, fraudulent activity, or violation of third-party service terms (e.g., payment processors).
Limited Use License
Access to PM Interview Prep Club grants a non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use. Redistribution, resale, or public display of platform content (including practice questions, solutions, and guides) without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Platform Risk Disclaimer
Our services integrate with external tools (e.g., Zoom, Razorpay, WhatsApp). We are not responsible for any disruptions, losses, or breaches resulting from the use of these third-party platforms.
Payment Terms
Premium services are offered on a subscription basis with options for monthly and annual plans, plus extra credit purchases. While we are still finalizing the details, information on billing cycles, auto-renewals, and cancellation policies will be provided at the time of purchase.

Disclaimers and Limitations
Our service is provided on an 'as is' basis, with no express or implied warranties. We are not responsible for interview outcomes, indirect damages, or service interruptions.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in accordance with procedures determined by the owner of the application.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
