Product Manager at Slikk
At Slikk, we're redefining fashion retail by delivering the latest styles to customers within 60 minutes. As we continue to expand, we're seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our quick-commerce fashion platform.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, overseeing the entire process from conception to execution.
- Requirement Gathering: Collect and prioritize product requirements, delivering Market Requirement Documents (MRDs) and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) with justified, data-driven feature prioritization.
- Functional Design: Develop functional designs based on PRDs for broader product initiatives.
- Beta Testing & Pilot Programs: Conduct beta and pilot programs with early-stage products, deriving key insights for product assessment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure revenue and project delivery goals are met.
- Product Demonstrations: Perform product demonstrations for front-end teams, acting as an internal and external evangelist for the product offerings.
- Industry Expertise: Serve as the in-house expert in one or more industry verticals, such as E-Commerce, Retail, or Fashion.
- Long-Term Vision: Develop and pursue a 1-2 year vision with the stamina and perseverance to follow through, providing regular updates on progress.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/BE) or a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from a reputed institute.
- Experience: 2-5 years in Product Management, preferably in the internet industry with a B2C focus.
- Product Launch Success: Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products.
- Market Knowledge: Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Documentation Skills: Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past.
- Consumer Internet Expertise: Expertise in consumer internet or technology product marketing.
- Fashion Acumen: A strong sense of fashion and a deep understanding of Gen Z trends and preferences.

- Innovative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and understand market, customer, and business needs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
