Product Manager

Role Summary

We’re on the lookout for a Product Manager who can bridge the gap between hardware, software, and design. In this role, you’ll lead the technical and product development process, ensuring our products are not only innovative but also built on solid technical foundations. You’ll collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate user needs into fully functional, intuitive smart products. Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, aligning it with both business goals and user needs, ensuring technical feasibility and scalability of product features.
• Lead the design and execution of pilot testing, ensuring all products are rigorously tested across hardware and software systems.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and production teams to integrate hardware and software components, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Ensure that user feedback drives the continuous improvement of both product design and technical architecture.
• Deeply understand tech systems design, guiding product development from both a technical and user-centric perspective.
• Develop and implement strategies for troubleshooting and optimizing product functionality based on real-world feedback.
• Oversee the integration of new technologies and ensure smooth product deployment.
• Ensure smooth execution of product timelines, market readiness, and final product delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience in product management or a related field.
• Must have developed a product in some form earlier – preferably a hardware product with an understanding of embedded systems or IoT technologies.
• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of technical systems design.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration of hardware, software, and design.
• Passion for creating user-centric products that are both technically robust and aesthetically pleasing.
• A solid grasp of both the technical and business aspects of product development.
• Open to feedback, with a proactive approach to iteration and problem-solving.
• Preferred: Engineering degree or Industrial Design degree.
