Product Manager - Growth & Revenue

We’re looking for a data-driven Growth PM to own and scale our revenue-generating funnels. You’ll work across acquisition, activation, and monetization — leading experiments, optimizing pricing, and improving conversion at every step of the user journey.

💼 What you’ll do

- Own the growth funnel: install → sign up → onboarded → first trade → habit

- Lead the product roadmap for revenue growth (pricing, plans, upsell, referral, onboarding)

- Drive A/B tests and funnel improvements across web and mobile

- Collaborate with Marketing, Data, and Engineering on high-impact growth experiments

- Analyze customer behavior to reduce churn and increase LTV

Build and optimize monetization levers: brokerage fees, subscriptions, and value-added services

✅ You’re a great fit if you:

- Have 4+ years in B2C product, ideally in fintech or high-intent consumer apps

- Bring a strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in experimentation and funnel analytics

- Are comfortable with tools like Moengage, Metabase, and SQL

- Have experience scaling B2C fintech products in India

- Understand performance marketing or referral/affiliate models

- Are curious about traders and excited to build for their workflows
