Job Description
The Role: Head of Product – Gaming & G-Commerce
We’re looking for a high-impact product leader with SaaS expertise and a deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem. As Head of Product, you’ll define, build, and scale PlaySuper’s core products, driving product strategy, development, and execution while leading a team of world-class operators.
You will own and evolve PlaySuper’s SDK & Console, Store, Analytics Dashboard, Wallet, Pricing Models, and Partner Onboarding flows—delivering seamless, high-converting experiences for both gaming studios and brands.
Key Responsibilities:
🎮 Product Strategy & Growth
- Define and execute PlaySuper’s product vision, ensuring we stay ahead of the gaming and G-Commerce curve.
- Build and optimize the PlaySuper SDK & Console, creating a seamless bridge between gaming platforms, players, and brands.
- Lead end-to-end development of the PlaySuper Store, Analytics Dashboard, AI-powered Recommendation Engine, Pricing Models, and Wallet.
- Own Onboarding & Growth flows for both gaming studios & brand partners, ensuring frictionless integration and monetization.
🛠 Product Execution & Operations
- Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to drive scalable, high-performance product development.
- Build and refine PlaySuper’s Wallet, ensuring smooth transactions and integration with payment gateways & e-commerce platforms (a plus).
- Optimize pricing models & revenue strategies, balancing player incentives with business growth.
- Leverage data-driven insights to drive product decisions, enhance engagement, and optimize conversions.
- Execute high-impact product launches, from MVPs to full-scale rollouts across India, SEA, MENA, LATAM, and the USA.
📈 Leadership & Team Building
- Hire, lead, and scale a world-class product team, driving operational excellence and innovation.
- Work cross-functionally with BD, marketing, engineering, and partnerships to align on growth, retention, and revenue objectives.
- Collaborate with key gaming studios, publishers, and platform partners to optimize product-market fit.
Industry & Market Intelligence
- Stay ahead of gaming commerce trends, emerging technologies, and monetization models.
- Attend global gaming, ad-tech, and Web3 events to expand PlaySuper’s market presence.
- Translate market feedback and analytics into actionable product improvements.
You’re a Perfect Fit If You:
✔ Have 6-10 years of experience in the gaming industry, working with gaming companies, studios, publishers, or platforms.
✔ Have a strong background in SaaS—you’ve built scalable, high-growth products before.
✔ Are an operator at heart—you can own and execute product strategy while managing technical and business teams.
✔ Have experience with payment gateways & e-commerce platforms (a big plus).
✔ Understand gaming commerce—you know the intersection of gaming, rewards, and monetization inside out.
✔ Are a data-driven decision-maker, using analytics to optimize engagement, conversion, and revenue.
✔ Have scaled teams before—you can hire and lead a high-performing product org.
