Product Manager - Payroll Product

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Define product vision and roadmap, aligning with business goals and customer needs.

🔹 Lead market research, gather insights, and shape product strategy.

🔹 Write clear, actionable product requirements and user stories for agile sprints.

🔹 Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure timely product delivery.

🔹 Track KPIs, optimize product performance, and make data-driven decisions.

🔹 Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, tax laws, and data security standards.

Qualifications:

🎓 3+ years of experience in product management (preferably in payroll, HR tech, or SaaS).

🎓 Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax laws, and benefits.

🎓 Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical teams.

🎓 Experience using analytics tools to assess product performance.

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

🔹 Experience in agile environments.

🔹 Knowledge of integrations with third-party services (banking, tax authorities, etc.).
