Responsibilities :

• Own the post-purchase experience of a health insurance user on Navi app which includes the renewal and the claims experience
• Represent the customer. Actively try to understand and build products and features by keeping customers in mind.
• End to end ownership of customer and business metrics
• Understand the needs of our customers and business to help define the roadmap for your product area
• Develop a deep understanding of our customers and build the best product user experiences on their behalf through market research, experimentation, user testing, and data analysis
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
• Drive the cross-functional team (engineering, design, etc.) team to deliver on the product outcome

Key Skills Required :

• 1-3 years of product management experience, preferably on an app-based product
• Empathy towards needs, concerns, and the experience of the end user of the product. A past experience of having improved the user experience will be a big plus
