II. JOB PURPOSE

As a Product Manager on the Digital Team at Max Healthcare, the incumbent will operate strategically: thinking big to drive new opportunities and transforming complex architectural challenges into simplified user experiences for all stakeholders. You will need to be able to prioritize effectively in a fast-changing environment, build and simplify, and communicate clearly and persuasively. You will take ownership of the business, and are happy while working collaboratively.

III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCore Responsibilities

• Contribute towards product strategy and vision.
• Prioritize product features and capabilities.
• Gather data to come up with ideas for new products and features.
• Create product requirements for the engineering and support teams to bring new products to market or to enhance existing features.
• Collaborate with development, engineering, and quality assurance teams to ensure that the right customer problems are being solved.

V. JOB REQUIREMENTMinimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, software engineering, business management, or similar / MBA

Experience

• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience as a Product Manager at a rapidly-growing company, preferably Healthcare.
