Product Manager - Strategy & Roadmap

Job Description :

Primary Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define detailed requirements and logic implementation for Loan Against Property (LAP) product

- Ensure that Business requirements are understood and implemented in line with Company strategy.

- Collaborate with the design team for defining user interfaces for both internal and external users.

- Perform user acceptance testing and release features to key stakeholders.

- Complete ownership of driving optimization and enhancements, basis usage analytics and other product metrics.

- Contribute to the development of the overall product strategy and product roadmap.

- Manage engagement with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and Requirements :

- Must have experience in the lending industry, Experience with LAP products in the Indian market is highly preferred.

- Proficiency in Excel, SQL a must

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in creating wireframes and managing UX & VD design deliverables.

- Proficiency in collecting and analyzing requirements from key stakeholders and translating

into well-defined PRD / requirement specifications.

- Should be able to read and analyze technical documentations, API documentations, system design documents.

Preferred Additional Skills :

- LAP Product-specific Knowledge : Familiarity with industry-specific tools and platforms for property valuation, risk assessment, and loan disbursement processes.

- Legal & Compliance Knowledge : Understanding of the regulatory landscape governing LAP

products in India (e.g., RBI guidelines, loan disbursement procedures, etc.).

Experience & Educational Qualifications :

- 1-3 years experience for APM role & 3-5 years experience for PM role

- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

- B.Tech/ B.E / MCA from tier 1 / tier 2 institutes.

- MBA optional.
