Job Description
A Day in the Life
- Product Roadmap Development: Define and articulate the product requirements and strategy based on US retail pharmacy market research and user insights.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand user needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in US retail pharmacy and healthcare technology.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and compliance teams to drive product development and ensure timely delivery.
- Feature Launch and Adoption: Manage the features or enhancement launches ensuring their successful usage and adoption. This includes defining product requirements, managing priorities, ensuring quality and compliance, and exploring monetization opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Gather and analyze customer feedback to guide product enhancements and drive user adoption.
- Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate product success and inform future iterations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update senior leadership on product status, risks, and changes
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management in US-based enterprise-products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product features.
- Proven experience working collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with US healthcare and pharmacy operations will be an added advantage.
