Founding Product Manager (Mental Health)

Title: Founding Product Manager

[This is a hands-on PM role and needs basic engineering skills for doing integrations and automations without the help of a SDE. We have currently built the user journey combining a bunch of no-code tools so the PM needs to manage these tools independently. Skills needed: Python, SQL, REST APIs, Automation, Integration]

At Elfina Health, we're building something truly innovative - India's first data-driven therapy platform. Finding the right therapist is hard, and even when you do find one, therapy isn't always as effective as it could be. Using AI and data science, we're making therapy more scientific and personalized, helping people connect with therapists who truly get them. We're just getting started, and that's where you come in - as our first hire, you'll work directly with our founder to turn this vision into reality.

👨🏻‍💻 What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a generalist (with an engineering background) who is excited to join a company on Day 0 and build something meaningful from scratch. If you're someone who thrives on variety and ambiguity, isn't afraid to figure things out, and loves building delightful consumer experiences, this role is for you.

• A systematic thinker who can break down abstract business problems into concrete, actionable solutions - demonstrating both logical thinking and practical implementation skills.
• Someone with experience in leveraging AI tools and automation to enhance daily operations and solve complex problems.
• A metrics-driven professional who is excited to build and optimize processes in resource-constrained environments.
• Hands-on experience with implementation of integrating third-party tools, backed by real project examples.
• Passion for mental health/ psychology is a plus.

👔 What You’ll Do

• Design customer-facing workflows and implement them using third-party integrations.
• Create and maintain metrics tracking systems while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Manage end-to-end user journeys, from mapping requirements to implementation and optimization.
