What you'll be up to:

💡Drive end-to-end product thinking: from understanding business workflows to designing APIs and crafting user journeys that actually make sense

🎯Collaborate deeply with engineering, design, sales & customers to ship meaningful features that customers love

💪Engage closely with banks, clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to continuously improve and iterate to get cater to what our customers want and fulfill our products' needs

📈Own the execution for high-impact verticals — whether it's B2B invoicing and financing flows or connected banking and payouts infrastructure

🔥 Balance user empathy with data-driven prioritization to build products that scale

We’re looking for someone who:

🎓Has 3 – 6 years of product management experience in fintech, B2B SaaS, or neobanking & payouts domains

💰Has built or scaled platforms involving invoicing, accounting, financing, or payment/payout ecosystems

💻 Is comfortable working with APIs and backend-heavy products, and collaborating with cross-functional teams

🔁 Brings a structured, data-backed approach to solving problems and making product decisions

💡Can think strategically, ship fast, and communicate clearly

What gives you an advantage:

⬆️ Prior experience in the payments or broader fintech domain, with an understanding of platform-level thinking

🏢 Exposure to B2B SaaS products and comfort with business workflows—especially around financing, accounting, and payments

💸 Understanding of collections and payouts in a B2B context, and familiarity with the Bharat Connect ecosystem
