🚀 We’re Hiring | Product Manager at DealShare
📍 Location: Bengaluru | 💼 Reporting To: Associate Director
At DealShare, we’re on a mission to build the most engaging and scalable e-commerce platform for the next billion users. We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives in ambiguity, is passionate about simplifying complex problems, and is obsessed with building customer-first digital experiences.
✨ What You’ll Do:
- Drive product experiences using data to increase engagement & stickiness
- Own product prioritization and align stakeholders across functions
- Translate business/user problems into product specs, balancing usability and tech
- Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver features at scale
- Lead with a data-driven and user-centric mindset
- Use tools like GA, Clevertap, Appsflyer, BigQuery to fuel product decisions
💡 We’d Love If You Have:
- 3–5 years of product experience in e-commerce
- Engineering background (from a top institute preferred); MBA is a plus
- Strong analytical foundation with hands-on in SQL, Excel, Python
- Experience with Agile and a keen eye for UX
- Passion for technology and empathy for users
