DCB Bank is looking to onboard a Digital Product Manager – Tractor Loan with a deep understanding of product lifecycle management, digital transformation, and regulatory compliance in vehicle finance.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end ownership of the Tractor Loan product, including design, development, and performance.

Drive digital initiatives and journey mapping across platforms, preferably with SFDC (Salesforce) experience.

Lead UAT planning and execution to ensure smooth rollouts of new features or updates.

Ensure adherence to regulatory and audit requirements specific to tractor loan and vehicle-based lending products.

Work cross-functionally with internal departments and external partners to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Implement strong governance frameworks to ensure robust product performance and compliance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

4–8 years of experience managing financial products, with preference given to experience in vehicle or gold loan segments.

Proven expertise in digital product development and platform management.

Strong knowledge of compliance and audit processes within financial services.

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is highly desirable.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
