Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap for BIK's AI Powered platform, prioritizing features based on customer needs and business impact
- Work closely with AI/ML teams to enhance our LLM integration and automation capabilities
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive interfaces for support agents and marketers
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities
- Define product metrics and KPIs to measure success
- Lead the development of new features for social media automation and customer engagement
- Ability to understand and create complex conversational AI workflows for clients.
- Manage the integration of retargeting capabilities with various marketing platforms
Required Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or customer support platforms
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, particularly LLMs
- Experience with customer support software or helpdesk solutions
- Background in e-commerce or D2C brands is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Data-driven decision-making mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Desired Skills:
- Experience with marketing automation and retargeting tools
- Knowledge of customer support metrics and KPIs
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their APIs
- Understanding of natural language processing and conversational AI
- Experience in scaling B2B SaaS products
