Associate Product Manager

Hiring: Associate Product Manager | Build 0→1 with AI | PropFlo

We’re not looking for a feature manager. We’re looking for a builder.

At Bento Labs, we’re scaling PropFlo AI our AI-driven SaaS platform transforming marketing and sales workflows for real estate businesses.

If you’ve ever:

• Built a product or feature from scratch

• Written PRDs without being told

• Shipped in weekly sprints

• Used AI tools to prototype, design flows, or draft documentation

• Worked in a startup where structure didn’t exist so you created it

This role is for someone who:

• Has startup experience (real ownership, not observer mode)

• Has 1–3 years of strong product experience in B2B SaaS

• Understands performance marketing ecosystems (Meta, Google)

• Thinks in funnels (CPL, CPQL, Attribution)

• Can design CRM-based automation workflows (WhatsApp, Email, RCS)

• Turns messy business problems into clean PRDs, flow diagrams, and API specs

• Moves from idea → prototype → release in 1–2 weeks

We want someone who executes like a founder, comfortable with ambiguity and uses AI as Leverage.

Education: Graduate / Post Graduate in Business Administration

Experience: 1–3 years

Work Location: Onsite – Hyderabad
