Sr Product Mgr-Personal Loans, Consumer Credit & Lending, India Payments

Key Responsibilities

• Product strategy and end-to-end execution for Personal Loans offering
• Ensure customers awareness, credit education and high NPS (net promoting score) via transparent and easy-to-understand CX
• Define market opportunity, engagement and usage strategy, product roadmap and getting sign off from senior leadership
• Segment specific value propositions and product requirements for the same
• Drive execution of product roadmap, GTM and consumer adoption by partnering with internal stakeholders (tech, sales, operations). Making smart tradeoffs, coordinate dependencies, and maintain communication throughout the organization to guarantee smooth and efficient product delivery.

Basic Qualifications

• 6+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end to end product delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
