Job Description
Inviting applications for Product Lead – Merchant & Business Correspondents Ecosystem role ! We’re looking for a Product Leader (10-12yrs) to own and scale our merchant and BC agent ecosystem, driving end-to-end lifecycle outcomes—onboarding to retention to revenue growth. Responsibilities - • Lifecycle: Optimize onboarding → activation → retention → growth, with sharp focus on conversion, engagement, and LTV • Soundbox and Devices: Build reliable, high-frequency experiences that drive daily usage and stickiness • Earnings Engine: Design incentives, commissions, and monetization levers to maximize productivity • Lead a team of 7–10 PMs; drive execution rigor and outcome ownership • Own north-star metrics (MTU, ARPU, retention) • Partner with Sales, Ops, Risk, and Compliance to scale across a field-led network.
