Job Description
Role Overview:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of key product offerings, ensuring seamless user experiences and business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Operations, and Business, to build scalable and innovative loyalty solutions that enhance engagement for our enterprise clients and their end users.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define, prioritize and execute the product roadmap aligned with business objectives, market trends, and customer needs.
Client & Market Understanding: Work closely with banking and enterprise clients to understand their loyalty and engagement needs, ensuring solutions to drive maximum adoption and ROI.
Feature Development & Execution: Own end-to-end product development for one or more core offerings
User Experience & Design: Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure intuitive and engaging customer journeys across platforms.
Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage analytics to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and enhance engagement strategies.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with engineering, marketing, and business teams to align product features with business objectives.
Competitive Benchmarking: Stay ahead of industry trends, loyalty innovations, and fintech developments to keep Reward360’s solutions best-in-class.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- 4-8 years of experience in Product Management within Fintech, Loyalty, E-commerce, or Digital Engagement domains.
- Strong understanding of loyalty programs, reward mechanisms, and engagement strategies.
- Experience in managing platform-based products such as travel booking, marketplaces, or personalized engagement solutions.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Power BI, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Agile development, A/B testing, and API integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for delivering customer-centric products that drive business growth
Nice-to-Have:
- Prior experience in banking, fintech, or affiliate marketing.
- Exposure to AI-driven personalization or recommendation engines.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data tools for deeper insights.
