Build a growth engine, not just manage a function. Own the "what, why, and how" of our entire user acquisition and engagement loop.

I'm not looking for a marketer, a content creator, or a community manager. I'm looking for a Product Partner who will build one of these functions like a product.
The vision for PM Interview Prep Club is set.
Now we need an entrepreneurial partner to build the engine that drives our growth.
You won't just execute a strategy; you will own the "what, why, and how" of our entire user acquisition and engagement loop.
This is a leadership operator role for someone who wants to build a business, not just manage a function.
We need a leader to take complete ownership of one of our core growth pillars: Content, Marketing, or Community. You are a master in one of these domains, but you think like a product builder in all of them.
If you own Content: You won't just write articles. You'll build a content engine—a product that serves our users' needs so well that it becomes our primary channel for discovery and trust.
If you own Marketing: You won't just run ads. You'll build a growth machine—designing and optimizing the entire user journey, turning strangers into advocates through experimentation and data.
If you own Community: You won't just moderate a group. You'll build a community product—an indispensable space for our members that drives retention, feedback, and word-of-mouth referrals.
Are a Proven 0-to-1 Builder: You have a portfolio that shows you've built a thriving content engine, marketing funnel, or user community from scratch.
Think in Systems, Not Tasks: You don't see one-off campaigns; you see interconnected loops. You build frameworks, processes, and flywheels that generate predictable results.
Are Relentlessly Resourceful: You have a startup mindset. You know how to achieve ambitious goals with limited resources, convincing early users and partners to bet on your vision.
Have a Massive Bias for Action: You understand that in a startup, learning comes from shipping. You'd rather launch an 80% experiment today than wait a month for a perfect plan.
Are Data-Informed and User-Obsessed:
You live by your metrics but get your best insights from talking to users. You can translate user needs into a strategic roadmap and measure its impact.
Think you're the partner we need? To cut through the noise, please send me a Direct Message (DM) or email me (hanshika@pminterviewprep.club) with your answers to these three questions:
Why do you want to work at PM Interview Prep Club?
What has been your most proud moment of building anything in a 0->1 journey? (Specifically in content, marketing, or community).
When is the earliest you are available to start? [Bangalore preferred]
This is your opportunity to own a core pillar of our business and create real impact.
